Lesner Guerrier is a DrPH scholar with a strong commitment to advancing health equity, systems-level change, and community-driven public health interventions. Certified in public health (CPH) and with over 10 years of experience in the field, Lesner brings a multidisciplinary background spanning health education, program planning, policy advocacy, and qualitative research.

Guided by principles of health justice and participatory leadership, Lesner integrates public health theory with practical experience to inform policy, shape interventions, and strengthen public health systems. His research interests include health equity, social determinants of health, community engagement, and implementation science.

His expertise in community health, infectious diseases, SPSS, grant writing, and program implementation helps lead impactful initiatives that amplify community voices, influence policy reform, and build sustainable, inclusive health systems that serve all.
